Reports - Navigation
Access
To access the New Reports, in the Data Management section of R-Management, press the following icon
Navigation Structure
When you enter, the screen is divided into several Tabs (located on top):
Library - All the reports organized by healthcare model and type.
All Reports - All the reports in a searchable format.
Favorites - A place where all the reports marked as favorites reside.
Filters:
Type - Filter the reports by Type. Reports are classified as:
Core - Main high level reports.
Dashboard - Reports that summarizes a table or several tables.
Details - Reports that show the details of a specific table.
Particular - Reports to satisfy particular needs.
Source - Filter the reports by the source of the data.
Area - Filter the reports by the area to which they are intended.Â
Model - Filter the reports by Healthcare Model.
Library
The first tab, "Library" organizes the reports by Healthcare Model (located below Library) and by Type (using the headings) in the content. You can access the reports just by clicking the name.
All Reports
In the "All Reports" tab, all the available reports for the user are presented. In here, you can select frequently accessed reports and mark them as favorites using the buttons at the left of the report name. These reports marked as favorites will appear in the Favorites tab.
Favorites
In the "Favorites" tab you will find all the reports that were marked as "Favorites" in the previous section "All Reports".
Search
In the All Reports and Favorites tabs you can use the search bar to filter the list of reports. Just start typing in the search bar and the list will be filtered.
Filters
You can filter the reports in the All Reports and Favorites tab by Type, Source, Area, and Model.
